General Conditions

All material is produced and delivered by Apis Training.

Training facilities, lunches and refreshments (for
in-house training) are arranged by Customer unless another agreement has been
made.

Training facilities, lunches and refreshments (for Public
Schedule Trainings) are arranged by Apis Training.

An
Apis recorded training license is for single person use only.

Payment terms (Classroom and Virtual classroom courses)

Payment terms 30 days net. Invoiced upon course start.

Late payments will be charged with interest penalty of 12
% effective from due date of payment. Any queries on the invoice shall be
submitted to us within 8 days of receipt.

Payment terms 30 days net. Invoiced upon booking.

Late payments will be charged with interest penalty of 12

Cancellation of training by customer (Classroom and Virtual classroom courses)

• Cancellation more than six weeks prior to start of the course,
  results in full refund.
• Cancellation less than six weeks but more than four weeks prior to
  start of the course, results in 70 % refund of the full course fee.
• Cancellations less than four weeks but more than three weeks prior
  to start of the course, results in 50 % refund of the full course fee.
• Cancellations less than three weeks prior to start of the course
  result in no refund.

Cancellation of training by customer (Recorded courses)

• Cancellation within 24 H
  from order, results in full refund.

Change of Participant Name

You may change name of participant at any time without
charge, please ensure to inform us as quickly as possible.

Cancellation of training by Apis

Apis Training reserves the right to cancel alternatively
change dates of a course, in the event of unforeseen illness or accident. In
the event of a course changing date, the customer is entitled to cancel participation
and receive a full refund.

Force Majeure

Apis Training shall not be liable for any failure to
deliver a course due to events outside the company’s reasonable control,
including without limitation acts of earthquake, labor disputes, shortages of
supplies, actions of governmental entities, riots, war, fire, epidemics, or
delays of common carriers or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Copyright

Course participants are permitted
to use course documentation unlimitedly for their own use. The use of the Apis
documentation is not permitted for the purpose of educating others, not to be
copied for the use of a third party without the written consent of Apis
Training AB.
