Linux Container Essentials Duration: 3 days

Linux Container Essentials
Linux Container Essentials delivers an introduction to Linux Containers and the three industry leading ecosystems that support running Linux Containers – LXC/LXD, Docker and Kubernetes. The course begins with an overview the modern software development environment and provides hints on solving some of the challenges of agile software development by using containers. Each day is dedicated to understanding one of the three ecosystems and is delivered with a lot of emphasis on practical work through lab exercises. Each student is given a separate lab environment where they can install, configure and use each of the technologies. This basic training is designed for Linux and virtualisation administrators, architects, engineers and developers that need to get a good overall understanding of containerisation to be able to plan and deliver solutions that can utilize everything containerisation has to offer.
